Nine-year-old son of policewoman killed in Manchester two-vehicle crash

MANCHESTER, Jamaica — A nine- year-old boy died as a result of injuries he sustained in a two-vehicle crash in Christiana, Manchester on Monday morning.

The boy, who is the son of a policewoman, was being transported by her to school when the collision happened on the Sedburgh main road in the parish.

The policewoman, who is a constable assigned to the Christiana Police Station, has since been admitted to hospital for treatment.
