Caribbean Nationals Among Child Sex Predators Arrested by U.S. Immigration Authorities

San Diego, United States —
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has announced the arrest of four undocumented immigrants — including two men from the Caribbean — who were previously convicted of serious crimes against children.
The arrests, carried out by officers from ICE’s San Diego, California office, involved individuals from The Bahamas, Cuba, Mexico, and Vietnam. All four men had prior convictions for offences such as sexual assault, molestation, and rape.
Among those detained was Devin Richardson, a citizen of The Bahamas, who had been convicted of sexually assaulting minors and later failed to register as a sex offender in California.
Also taken into custody was Walter Ramirez, a Cuban national, who was found guilty of rape, drug-induced sexual assault of a minor, and domestic violence.
According to ICE, all four men were apprehended in the San Diego area and are currently being held in federal custody as removal proceedings to their home countries move forward.
Patrick Divver, Field Office Director for ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in San Diego, underscored the seriousness of the arrests.
> “Make no mistake: these are predators who targeted the most vulnerable members of our community — children,” Divver stated. “Our officers will not allow dangerous criminals like these to hide in our neighborhoods, especially a convicted sex offender who lived next to what appeared to be an in-home daycare and two blocks from an elementary school.”
Divver added that by removing these individuals from the community, ICE has acted to protect public safety and made it clear that child predators who are in the country illegally will be located and detained.

  1. Who knew San Diego had such a high concentration of roaming child predators looking for a quick getaway? ICE does a great job keeping our neighborhoods safe from these unwanted guests. Its a win-win: they get to avoid paying taxes, and we get to avoid potential midnight visits from unwanted family. These guys picked the wrong city, I guess. Maybe they should have checked the map for Predator-Free Zones. Thanks, ICE, for showing these dangerous international vacationers the door!linkedin banner ai creator

  2. This is the kind of predator I hope they focus on! Less interested in my garden gnomes, more in actual child predators. ICE doing its job is like a gardener finally pulling out the weeds that were eyeing the veggies. Good riddance to bad rubbish, especially when theyre repeat offenders and close to the schools! Keep up the great work, ICE!tải video Dailymotion
